Designs, builds, and maintains data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics and business intelligence across the organization.
Director establishes and scales project management practices, owns delivery governance across the portfolio, and builds/leads a PM team.
CaptivateIQ is transforming the way companies plan, manage, and optimize sales performance. We started by revolutionizing incentive compensation management, and now weâre expanding our platform to solve broader sales planning challenges. Recognized by industry analysts like Forrester and G2 and backed by top-tier investors, including Sequoia, ICONIQ, Accel, and Sapphire Ventures, we empower high-growth companies like Netflix, Figma, and Stripe with the flexibility and insights needed to drive revenue performance.
Join a talented, fast-growing team committed to solving some of the most complex and impactful problems in sales performance management.
About the Role
Weâre hiring a Director of Project Management to help us evolve our Project Management practice to scale along the growing needs of the organization - to build a team of PMs who own delivery end-to-end across our full customer base, a governance system that surfaces risk before it becomes an escalation, and an operating rhythm that makes âon trackâ a verifiable claim rather than a status update. Youâll start by upleveling how we deliver our largest, most complex enterprise implementations, then build out how project management scales efficiently across the rest of our customer base. This is a builder role - you will establish project management as a first-class function here, not maintaining an existing one.
Serve as the single accountable owner for project governance across implementation segments, from our largest enterprise accounts to our highest-volume, scale-motion accounts.
Build and run a risk-visibility system â dashboard, thresholds, escalation triggers â that surfaces problems before they reach leadership, not after.
Define milestone gates for engagements at every scale, from high-touch enterprise builds to lighter-touch scale delivery, and hold the team accountable to them.
Hire, develop, and manage a team of project managers and project coordinators; build a defined career path across levels and segments.
Own the standards this function runs on â best practices, change management, workflow documentation â and make sure they scale from our most complex accounts down to our highest-volume ones.
Design and build a project coordinator model to support scale delivery: milestone-based check-ins, AI-assisted monitoring, and a delivery model that can responsibly cover a high volume of concurrent projects per coordinator.
Partner with Architecture leadership to draw a clear line between system design ownership and project accountability ownership â and hold that line as the organization scales.
Diagnose and close the specific gaps that let complex projects run today without a single accountable owner.
Run a recurring delivery forum reporting progress, risk, and change management status across segments.
Report delivery health, risk, and escalation trends to the VP of Technical Services and CX leadership on a defined cadence.
8+ years in project or program management for software implementations, including 5+ years building or leading a PM team â not solely individual-contributor PM experience.
Direct experience implementing enterprise SaaS within an internal delivery team or a partner organization (systems integrator, consulting firm, or implementation partner) â deep familiarity with the operational rigor enterprise buyers expect, independent of any single product.
Experience designing delivery models that work at more than one scale â youâve built or run both high-touch, complex delivery and higher-volume, lighter-touch delivery, and know how those operating models differ.
A demonstrated track record of building a PM function or operating system where one didnât previously exist, or was under-resourced â not just operating inside an already-mature one.
Comfortable being the accountable owner of a projectâs outcome without owning the technical solution â this is an operational and stakeholder-management role, not an architecture role.
Experience with incentive compensation management (ICM) or a similarly complex, configuration-heavy enterprise software category.
Experience designing or scaling a project coordinator / delivery-ops model for a high-volume, lower-touch customer segment.

Builds and manages a two-sided marketplace supply network by recruiting partner businesses, scaling contributor base, managing capacity forecasting, and optimizing pricing and retention.
Claru (a Reka business line) · San Francisco or remote · Full-time
Text has run out. The physical world â where skill lives â has never been recorded in a form a model can learn from. Claru is building that layer.
We sell data to frontier labs and robotics companies: zero to seven figures of ARR in under six months, with a team of five. It is a two-sided marketplace: labs arrive with a research problem and a budget, not a specification; contributors and partner businesses capture the work they already do, paid per approved unit. This job is the supply side.
We are hiring a Supply Lead and are looking for operators who are AI-native: more time with agents than with people, automation before hiring, systems that scale rather than teams that grow. That is how a team this small outruns much bigger companies. You need to be someone who can be dropped into an unfamiliar market and come back with capacity that is real.
Build a portfolio of partner businesses â whose staff capture the work they already do on shift â across the environments buyers want: event venues, retail back-of-house, construction, agriculture, hotels, warehousing. Each is won in a real conversation
Grow the contributor base alongside it and open new geographies, keeping supply owned and multi-channel so no single partner or geography is a dependency.
Own the geo rate card â what an approved unit costs by market and project type â so engagements are priced and staffed against something defensible
Own capacity forecasting â whether we can deliver a given volume in a given environment in a given number of weeks â which a Program Lead commits against.
Own contributor experience and retention: onboarding, payments landing on time, support, and why people stop.
Partner with the platform team on the tooling that makes supply self-serve
There is no standard one, but a real day might run like this: you start on the partner businesses already live â chasing the ones gone quiet, calling the two that signed last month and have not filmed. Contributor payments in one market did not land, so you find where it stopped and clear it. A Program Lead needs to know whether we can cover four weeks of warehouse capture in a new country, and you give them a number you would stand behind. Then a first conversation with a food manufacturer about putting their team on shift and collecting data.
Early-stage marketplace operating experience â required. You have got one side of a flywheel turning from a standing start, in a new territory or a new vertical â recruitment, pricing, retention and economics. Every new market here is that problem again
AI-native â required. You spend more time with agents than with people, you automate a process before you staff it, and your answer to more volume is a better system rather than more headcount
You have operated, not only advised. Former founders, high growth early stage startup hires, consulting, or business operations background is a strong plus and exactly the rigour we want
You close business yourself: partner businesses are won in conversation
Numerate â you build the model, find where the cost per unit breaks, and argue for the change
Credible with a company owner and with a shift supervisor alike
Bonus: exposure to AI labs or training data pipelines
