Develops and executes partner sales strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth with channel partners across Japan.

What this role involves

About Us

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.

At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a “normalized” problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.

Location: Tokyo

About the Department

The sales team at Cloudflare helps customers solve real, technical problems while creating the revenue streams that help the company provide free service to millions in our community.

What you’ll do We are looking for an experienced Senior Partner Account Manager to join the Japan Partner Sales team to drive sales plays and go-to-market strategy with our partners across Japan.

In this role, you’ll develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth with partners throughout Japan. You will influence partners’ go-to-market strategies, manage and optimize partner incentive programs, and collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve revenue targets and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategies to achieve partner and sales organization goals, including go-to-market initiatives and sales plays. This will also include collaboration with sales teams on joint partner territory planning and alignment to maximize partner-sourced revenue.

  • Sales Execution: Manage and drive partner pipeline, co-sell opportunities, and new customer engagements to generate CF driven revenue and market adoption.

Since the project, we’ve provided services to more than 425 local government election websites in 33 states.

1.1.1.1: We released1.1.1.1 to help fix the foundation of the Internet by building a faster, more secure and privacy-centric public DNS resolver. We will continue to abide by our privacy commitment and ensure that no user data is sold to advertisers or used to target consumers.

Operations Senior Hardware Field Engineer at AeroVect

Senior field engineer diagnoses and repairs mechanical/electrical systems on autonomous vehicle fleet at airport, coordinates maintenance and troubleshoots hardware issues.

Senior Onsite Posted 6 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who We Are

AeroVect is transforming ground handling with autonomy, redefining how airlines and ground service providers around the globe run day-to-day operations. We are a Series A company backed by top-tier venture capital investors in aviation and autonomous driving. Our customers include some of the world’s largest airlines and ground handling providers. For more information, visit www.aerovect.com.

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Field Engineer to own the mechanical and electrical health of our autonomous tractor fleet at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

In this role, you will be the primary hands-on technical owner at our ATL deployment site — diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, executing maintenance and keeping a fleet of autonomous ground vehicles running safely and reliably in a live airport environment. You will work closely with software engineers, operations and our airport partner to triage issues, manage spare parts and feed field learnings back into the product.

This is a highly autonomous role suited for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced field environment, is comfortable owning problems end-to-end and can context-switch between mechanical repair, electrical debug and cross-functional coordination in a single day.

You Will

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults across a fleet of autonomous electric tow tractors, including brake systems, steering actuators and encoders, drivetrain components and structural hardware.

  • Perform electrical troubleshooting on vehicle wiring harnesses, CAN bus systems, power distribution, connectors and embedded computing hardware.

  • Repair or fabricate replacement components including brake lines, mounting brackets, sheet metal parts and custom wiring harnesses.

  • Coordinate and execute Preventive Maintenance Inspections in partnership with airport GSE maintenance teams, completing pre- and post-PMI checklists and returning tractors to autonomous service.

  • Troubleshoot sensor and perception hardware including wheel encoders, LiDAR, radar, cameras and vehicle displays.

  • Triage incoming fleet bug tickets within SLA and maintain accurate repair logs, EOD hardware status summaries and parts usage records.

  • Develop and refine hardware inspection checklists, labeling standards, and post-repair verification procedures.

  • Partner with software and autonomy engineers to support tractor bring-up, stack validation and sensor calibration.

  • Coordinate with procurement to manage local spare parts inventory and ensure critical components are stocked at the deployment site.

  • Support new sensor integrations, vehicle upfit projects and hardware improvements in coordination with the broader hardware team.

You Have

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in hardware field engineering, electromechanical systems, vehicle electronics, robotics or a closely related discipline.

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair both mechanical systems and electrical systems, including wiring harnesses, vehicle power systems and connectors.

  • Experience reading and working from wiring diagrams, vehicle schematics and mechanical drawings.

  • Comfort working independently in a field environment — scheduling your own work, prioritizing across multiple open issues and communicating status clearly to remote stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with standard hand and power tools, crimping and soldering equipment and fabrication techniques.

  • Strong written communication skills and experience with ticketing systems and structured status reporting.

We Prefer

  • Experience with autonomous vehicles, mobile robots or airport/aviation ground support equipment.

  • Familiarity with CAN bus diagnostics and vehicle controller systems.

  • Exposure to sensor hardware including encoders, LiDAR, radar, GNSS/IMU or camera systems.

  • Experience with 3D printing or rapid prototyping for fabricating brackets and enclosures.

  • Knowledge of embedded computing hardware and compute module configuration.

  • Prior experience coordinating with third-party maintenance teams or airline/airport operations.

  • Experience in a startup or early-stage deployment environment with rapidly changing priorities.

Design Sr. Product Designer at Pendo.io

Senior Product Designer owns end-to-end design execution for product areas, leading customer co-design sessions, creating prototypes, and collaborating with product and engineering to ship measurable experiences.

Senior Onsite Posted 7 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Team + The Role

Pendo is defining AI transformation for enterprise software. With over 14,000 customers, 900 million users globally, and more than a decade of product usage data, the platform combines analytics, qualitative feedback, and in-app guidance into a unified experience that helps organizations turn insight into action. AI-first innovation is central to how Pendo is building next, with active investments across Agent Mode, Predict, and Agent Analytics. The Product Design team supports the full platform ecosystem and is accountable for creating a cohesive customer experience.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own design execution end-to-end for assigned product areas. You will partner closely with product and engineering leaders to turn customer insight into clear, well-reasoned design decisions that engineering can build with confidence. This role leads co-design with customers, prototypes before engineering investment, contributes to backlog prioritization, and ships experiences tied to measurable outcomes. AI tools are expected to be part of the daily design and prototyping workflow from day one.

This role is based in our Sheffield office.

What this looks like day-to-day

  • Customer co-design: Lead and facilitate co-design sessions and feedback workshops with stakeholders, customers, and design partners throughout the development lifecycle. Translate what you hear into specific design decisions and document the connection between customer insight and shipped product.
  • Design execution: Own design end-to-end for assigned initiatives, including problem framing, user flows, detailed UI, and engineering handoff. Deliver work that is consistent with Pendo’s design system and ready to build without avoidable correction cycles.
  • Backlog contribution: Contribute to product backlog prioritization for assigned initiatives by bringing a clear design and customer perspective to tradeoff decisions. Flag when an item lacks enough design definition to be built well and help clarify the path forward.
  • Prototyping and validation: Build prototypes ranging from low-fidelity mockups to higher-fidelity interactive flows to validate direction with customers or stakeholders before full engineering investment. Use findings to sharpen scope, identify edge cases, and inform build decisions.
  • AI-assisted workflow: Use AI tools, including Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent tools, as active parts of the design and build workflow. Apply them to prototyping, interface exploration, and reducing the gap between design intent and shipped product, then document and share what is working with the team.
  • Go-to-market support: Partner with Product Marketing and the product lead on feature launch preparation. Contribute design and product context to launch materials and coordinate on launch timing and readiness.

Who You Are

Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren’t buzzwords; they’re the things we’ll actually look for in how you talk about your work.

You’re a builder, not a maintainer.

You’re most energized when there isn’t a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don’t wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great Senior Product Designers don’t just follow instructions; they operate as strategic advisors, influencing decisions, guiding stakeholders, and elevating how we work.

You’re AI-curious - genuinely.

You’re not using AI tools occasionally. You’re rewiring how you work around them. You’re faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything — how you approach your work, how you prep, how you communicate, how you think. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut.

Must-haves

  • 3 or more years of product design experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of shipped software features in a B2B or enterprise SaaS context.
  • A portfolio that shows complete design work, including problem framing, user flows, detailed UI, evidence of shipping, and what happened after launch. Work that only shows polished screens without context will not be sufficient.
  • Experience leading co-design sessions and feedback workshops with customers and translating qualitative insight into specific design decisions.
  • Active use of AI tools in daily design work. Familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent AI-assisted prototyping or build tools is a working expectation and will be evaluated in practice.
  • Ability to work independently within a defined scope, deliver complete designs, manage your own timeline, and keep engineering unblocked without close supervision.
  • Clear written communication skills, with the ability to document design decisions and tradeoffs so they do not require a presentation to understand.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience prototyping in code or with front-end adjacent tools beyond traditional design software.
  • Experience partnering with go-to-market or Product Marketing teams on feature launches.
  • Familiarity with agile development principles and comfort contributing to backlog prioritization conversations.
  • Familiarity with Pendo as a product or with the product analytics and digital adoption category.
