Sales Senior Partner Account Manager, Japan (Based in Tokyo) at Cloudflare

Develops and executes partner sales strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth with channel partners across Japan.

Senior Onsite Posted 4 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.

At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a “normalized” problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.

Location: Tokyo

About the Department

Partner Account Managers, Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Sales Operations – all working together help our customers adopt Cloudflare and create great internet-enabled experiences. The sales team at Cloudflare helps customers solve real, technical problems while creating the revenue streams that help the company provide free service to millions in our community.

What you’ll do We are looking for an experienced Senior Partner Account Manager to join the Japan Partner Sales team to drive sales plays and go-to-market strategy with our partners across Japan.

In this role, you’ll develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth with partners throughout Japan. You will lead the development of joint business plans, manage partner driven pipeline, and joint co-sell opportunities, work with senior partner stakeholders to align on mutual growth objectives, and ensure partners have the resources and support needed to drive partner-sourced revenue.

As a Senior Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing key partner relationships across the region, including driving the full sales lifecycle from opportunity registration to deal closure. You will influence partners’ go-to-market strategies, manage and optimize partner incentive programs, and collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve revenue targets and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategies to achieve partner and sales organization goals, including go-to-market initiatives and sales plays. This will also include collaboration with sales teams on joint partner territory planning and alignment to maximize partner-sourced revenue.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong business and technical relationships with strategic partners (resellers, GSIs, MSPs) and internal teams.
  • Sales Execution: Manage and drive partner pipeline, co-sell opportunities, and new customer engagements to generate CF driven revenue and market adoption.
  • Value Creation: Advise sales teams and customers on the value of partner engagement, helping to create and launch new bundles and offerings.
  • Enablement & Growth: Create and drive enablement plans, including advanced training and certifications for both sales and technical teams and support partner market expansion in new verticals and geographies.
  • Business Reviews: Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to leadership, presenting metrics, progress, and overall business health.
  • Managing partner programs, including MDF, SPIFF, and other incentive programs, to drive growth and success.
  • AI-Enabled: Embed AI tools and workflows across the partner lifecycle and raise the bar for how Cloudflare and our partners work together in an AI-first way. Coach partners to evolve their joint planning, technical enablement, and customer engagement motions alongside ours.

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge, and experience

  • 8+ years of experience in partner management, SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or Security sales and channel management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that drive partner-sourced revenue and business growth.
  • A keen sense of ownership, drive, and ability to deliver in ambiguity
  • Experience working with senior-level executives within partner organizations to align on business objectives and drive results.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and security solutions.

What Makes Cloudflare Special?

We’re not just a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company. We’re a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company with a soul. Fundamental to our mission to help build a better Internet is protecting the free and open Internet.

Project Galileo: Since 2014, we’ve equipped more than 2,400 journalism and civil society organizations in 111 countries with powerful tools to defend themselves against attacks that would otherwise censor their work, technology already used by Cloudflare’s enterprise customers–at no cost.

Athenian Project: In 2017, we created the Athenian Project to ensure that state and local governments have the highest level of protection and reliability for free, so that their constituents have access to election information and voter registration. Since the project, we’ve provided services to more than 425 local government election websites in 33 states.

1.1.1.1: We released1.1.1.1 to help fix the foundation of the Internet by building a faster, more secure and privacy-centric public DNS resolver. This is available publicly for everyone to use - it is the first consumer-focused service Cloudflare has ever released. Here’s the deal - we don’t store client IP addresses never, ever. We will continue to abide by our privacy commitment and ensure that no user data is sold to advertisers or used to target consumers.

Sound like something you’d like to be a part of? We’d love to hear from you!

What this role involves

About the Company

Gemini is a global crypto and Web3 platform founded by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss in 2014, offering a wide range of simple, reliable, and secure crypto products and services to individuals and institutions in over 70 countries. Our mission is to unlock the next era of financial, creative, and personal freedom by providing trusted access to the decentralized future. We envision a world where crypto reshapes the global financial system, internet, and money to create greater choice, independence, and opportunity for all — bridging traditional finance with the emerging cryptoeconomy in a way that is more open, fair, and secure. As a publicly traded company, Gemini is poised to accelerate this vision with greater scale, reach, and impact.

The Department: Trading Systems

The Role: Staff Software Engineer (Post-Trade Data)

As an engineer on the Trading Systems team, you’ll architect and solve complex problems that will directly influence the direction of the digital asset space. There’s a wide range of problems to solve at Gemini—from properly securing millions of dollars worth of customer funds, to developing innovative new blockchain products, to shaving microseconds off our API response times. We have a strong culture of code reviews, and a focus on security, with the end goal of writing and shipping high-quality code by getting things right the first time. We want to continue building the best product we can as we scale and grow our business. If you get excited about solving technical challenges that directly impact our customers, clients, and the rest of the Gemini team, we’d love to hear from you.

We are seeking a high-caliber Staff Software Engineer to join our Trading Systems team in Singapore, specifically anchoring our Post-Trade Data stream. In this role, you will be a technical leader responsible for shaping our end-to-end data story. You will solve complex architecture challenges for both near real-time and historical data systems, driving our data landscape strategy forward while ensuring our operational posture remains bulletproof. The ideal candidate is a versatile hybrid—someone with deep, specialized data engineering expertise who is also a well-rounded, hands-on software engineer capable of guiding a tight-knit team.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership & Strategy: Provide technical direction and mentorship to the local engineering team; own the technical roadmap for the post-trade data stream, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high-quality engineering standards.
  • Data Architecture: Design, build, and optimize robust systems to process, store, and serve critical near real-time and historical post-trade data.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Drive key strategic data projects, including the integration and optimization of modern technologies like StarRocks to elevate our analytical capabilities.
  • Feature Development: Develop new products and product features on the Gemini platform, working as part of a tight-knit team of two to eight developers.
  • Code Quality & Security: Review other software engineers’ code for correctness, style, and information security concerns. Engage in refactoring and upgrade projects to continuously improve the codebase.
  • Testing & Operations: Write automated tests and work with our QA team to ensure system correctness. Oversee general functionality of risk systems, implement advanced monitoring tools, and maintain a strong operational posture for the post-trade data

pipeline.

  • Incident & Issue Management: Identify, coordinate, and manage resolution efforts on processing usage and data bottlenecks, owning technical issues through to resolution.
  • Project Delivery: Plan and coordinate project implementation efforts, estimate work schedules, and make well-reasoned technical tradeoffs based on business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 8 years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of acting as a technical lead or senior architect.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in at least one backend language. We use mostly Scala and C++ on our backend and TypeScript on the frontend—it’s great if you’re comfortable in those or if you’re willing to learn.
  • Data Engineering Expertise: Heavy hands-on experience in the big data ecosystem, specifically working with distributed processing frameworks like Apache Flink and Apache Spark.
  • Execution & Collaboration: The ability to work closely across cross-functional teams, manage complex dependencies, and handle multiple competing priorities in collaboration with peers.
  • Mindset: A customer and product-focused mindset, with the ability to balance speed and quality without compromising on security or operational stability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Deep work experience or knowledge of the finance industry, payments, exchange systems, or electronic trading systems.
  • Crypto & Blockchain: Experience working with or being a power user of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and/or blockchain technology.
  • OLAP Technologies: Experience with next-generation OLAP databases (such as StarRocks, ClickHouse, or Apache Pinot) for real-time analytics is a massive plus.

It Pays to Work Here

We take a holistic approach to compensation at Gemini, which includes:

  • Comprehensive health plans covered at 100% for employees and dependents
  • Long-term incentive in the form of a new hire equity grant
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Competitive paid time off

In Singapore, we have a hybrid work policy. Employees are expected to work from the office part of the week. We believe our hybrid approach increases productivity through more in-person collaboration where possible.

At Gemini, we strive to build diverse teams that reflect the people we want to empower through our products, and we are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. Engineer Associate DevOps Engineer at Raft

Associate DevOps Engineer implements and maintains Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps workflows supporting mission-critical data and AI platforms.

Junior Onsite Posted 4 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

This is a U.S. based position. All of the programs we support require U.S. citizenship to be eligible for employment. All work must be conducted within the continental U.S.

Who we are:

Raft (https://TeamRaft.com) is a customer-obsessed non-traditional defense tech company dedicated to empowering U.S. military and government agencies with cutting-edge AI/ML and data solutions. We are a leader in autonomous data fusion and Agentic AI, with a purposeful focus on Distributed Data Systems, Platforms at Scale, and Complex Application Development. With headquarters in McLean, VA, our range of clients includes innovative federal and public agencies leveraging design thinking, cutting-edge tech stack, and cloud-native ecosystem. We build digital solutions that impact the lives of millions of Americans.

About the role:

Raft builds mission-critical data, AI, and operational platforms that support time-sensitive decisions across multiple classification levels and deployment environments. Our systems move from cloud-hosted development environments into classified, on-premises, and edge deployments where reliability, security, and repeatability matter.

As an Associate DevOps Engineer, you will help secure, deploy, and operate the platforms behind [R]DP, [R]AP, [R]AIMS, and Raft’s MLOps workflows. This is not a narrow infrastructure role. You will learn how the software works, how data moves through the platform, how Kubernetes workloads behave in production, and how security controls become part of everyday delivery rather than an after-the-fact checklist.

What makes this role different is the breadth of what you’ll be exposed to. CI/CD, GitOps, Kubernetes, Helm charts, observability, secure configuration, data pipelines, ML serving, and customer deployments all show up in the same workstream. You will work alongside experienced platform, software, data, and security engineers while taking ownership of well-scoped work. The right person is curious, disciplined, willing to troubleshoot deeply, and ready to grow into broader platform ownership over time.
