Mixpanel’s Renewals team partners with customers across EMEA to help them turn product data into decisions that drive growth. Renewals sits at the heart of our revenue engine, making sure customers keep realizing value from Mixpanel and that we retain and grow our recurring revenue base in the region.

About the Role

As a Renewal Manager for EMEA, you’ll own the renewal process for an assigned book of business, working closely with Customer Value Managers, Sales, and Finance to protect Mixpanel’s recurring revenue. You’ll handle most renewals independently, following established playbooks and pricing guidance, while escalating complex negotiations, competitive risk, or unusual contract structures to senior teammates. You’ll lean on data, dashboards, and AI tools to stay ahead of risk across a high-volume territory, and you’ll know when to move fast with a standard motion versus when an account needs a more personal touch. This is a strong opportunity to build deep commercial and renewals expertise while learning what drives retention across different customer segments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the renewal process for your assigned territory, tracking quote-to-close with accuracy and following up consistently across a high volume of accounts without letting details slip
  • Use Salesforce, dashboards, and health scores, along with AI tools such as Claude, to analyze account data, flag renewal risk early, prioritize where to focus, and keep your forecast accurate
  • Negotiate standard contract renewals using established pricing and packaging guidance, bringing in a manager or senior teammate for complex or high-risk deals
  • Reach out to key stakeholders early in the renewal cycle to understand budget timing, approval processes, and potential blockers
  • Spot early risk signals and loop in Customer Success, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, or Sales when a renewal needs cross-functional support
  • Present pricing and packaging options to customers based on templates and guidance from the broader Renewals team
  • Communicate Mixpanel’s value clearly in writing and in conversation, escalating competitive pressure to senior teammates when needed
  • Contribute to the team’s playbooks and automated workflows, including email cadences and segmentation, based on what you learn from your own renewals
  • Share what you’re learning about customer objections and renewal patterns to help the team refine its approach

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Experience in renewals, customer success, account management, or sales, ideally managing a high-volume book of business
  • The organization to track many renewals at once, balancing competing priorities without things slipping
  • Comfort using Salesforce, spreadsheets, dashboards, and health scores, plus AI tools like Claude, to analyze customer data, prioritize accounts, and build accurate forecasts
  • An understanding of pricing and negotiation, and how to protect gross revenue retention (GRR) while spotting expansion opportunities
  • A sense of ownership over their book of business, proactively surfacing risk and driving renewals to a clear outcome
  • An interest in building repeatable playbooks and automated workflows that make the renewal motion more scalable
  • Clear, direct written communication, especially over email and other digital channels
  • A collaborative approach, building relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Support, and Finance to keep the renewal experience seamless
  • Comfort adapting to shifting priorities and a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points For

  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to improve efficiency, analyze data, and support decision-making
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel itself — building cohorts, configuring alerts, creating dashboards, and using product usage data to spot renewal risk and opportunity
  • Experience in product analytics, data tooling, or developer-facing SaaS
  • Familiarity with Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools
  • Additional European language skills

Sales Target Customer Planning Manager at OLIPOP

Collaborates with field sales, revenue, and demand teams to increase sales efficiency and drive consistent revenue growth through strategic customer planning.

Mid Posted about 12 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

ABOUT OLIPOP

At OLIPOP, we’re on a mission to positively impact consumer health at scale. And we’re doing it through something simple: soda. But not just any soda, a new kind of soda: one that’s delicious, refreshing, and actually good for you.

This mission is deeply personal for our CEO, Co-Founder, and Formulator, Ben Goodwin. Like many of us, Ben grew up consuming the Standard American Diet: lots of soda and processed foods that prioritized convenience over nutrition. But at 14, he took his health into his own hands. After making significant changes to his nutrition and exercise, he lost 50 pounds and saw a transformation in his energy, mood, and emotional clarity.

Those changes sparked a deep curiosity about the connection between nutrition and health. Ben became a relentless student of the gut microbiome and the ways it supports overall wellness. The more he discovered, the more passionate he became about finding credible, science-backed ways to make consumer health accessible to everyone.

The mission was clear. The vehicle? Less so. After exploring the possibilities, Ben landed on an unexpected yet familiar choice: soda. It was something he loved as a kid, and he knew millions shared that same nostalgia. But this wouldn’t be just any soda. With most Americans falling short on daily fiber, Ben set out to create a version with more fiber and less sugar, one that was perfectly balanced. The result? A deliciously refreshing soda with 6 to 9 grams of fiber and 2 to 5 grams of sugar, delivering science-backed benefits without sacrificing the classic taste people crave.

In 2018, the first OLIPOP cans hit the shelves, bringing Ben’s vision to life with a functional soda that anyone could enjoy. And by reimagining soda, we’re also reshaping culture. That means creating products that support health for all and building a business grounded in humanistic values: empathy, integrity, and a belief in better for everyone. From the ingredients we source to the culture we foster, we’re committed to proving that business (and beverage!) can be a force for good, and that soda has the power to bring people together.

So join us, and let’s write a new American soda story together. One we can all feel good about. One OLIPOP at a time.

HOW WE WORK

We may be fully remote, but we’re anything but disconnected. OLIPOP has grown from a few passionate people around a table to a nationwide team, and we’ve done it without losing our collaborative spirit or sense of purpose.

Connection here is intentional. From cross-functional projects and IRL offsites to thoughtful Slack threads and spontaneous gifs, we make the effort to stay close, even across time zones. Sure, we move quickly, but we lead with trust, transparency, and a shared commitment to doing work that matters.

We value thoughtful debate. We give feedback with care and receive it with curiosity, knowing that real growth, both personal and collective, comes from listening as much as leading. Because at OLIPOP, it’s not just about getting things done. It’s about growing together, staying true to what matters, and building something with lasting impact.

WHAT WE VALUE

Sales Target Customer Planning Manager at OLIPOP

Collaborates with field sales, revenue management, and demand teams to drive sales efficiency and growth through strategic customer planning and insights.
